Hello! My boyfriend and I just moved to a lovely 400 sq ft New York apartment. The apartment was entirely redone and the living room looks fantastic: brick wall, open kitchen, dark hardwood floors, aluminum blinds. We came into escrow pretty late in the month so by then the builder had already pre-selected flooring, carpet and tile for the house.
